Rick Poulton is an accomplished financial, operational, and management executive with extensive public company CFO and CEO experience. Most recently, he served as CEO of Veradigm (formerly Allscripts), a publicly traded healthcare technology company providing integrated data systems and services to improve the quality, efficiency, and value of healthcare delivery. Prior to Veradigm, Mr. Poulton was CFO and Treasurer of AAR Corporation (NYSE: AIR), a global provider of products and services to the commercial aviation and government/defense industries. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at UAL Corporation, where he held several senior financial and business development roles, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and President and CFO of the company’s Loyalty Services subsidiary. Mr. Poulton holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Marquette University.
