Larry Silverstein is a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a law firm with approximately 2,000 lawyers practicing in offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Silverstein’s areas of practice include securities, real estate, tax and corporate acquisitions. He has provided representation to both established and early-stage organizations including Boston Scientific Corporation, Aldrich Eastman & Waltch, TripAdvisor, and E Ink Corporation as well as sports teams including the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, and the Miami Dolphins. Mr. Silverstein has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America’s “leading lawyer in tax law” (2011–2012, 2014) and Super Lawyers, Massachusetts (2004–2013). He has been a frequent speaker on tax issues addressing audiences including the NYU Institute on Federal Taxation and the Federal Tax Institute of New England.  Mr. Silverstein received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude.
