Jessica Hameline

Head of Corporate Development Generate Biomedicines; Former Chief Transformation Officer Baxter International

Jessica Hameline has been a student athlete, an amateur equestrian, a working mom and a corporate executive the last 25 years rising through the ranks of the healthcare and life science industries. In addition to working for academic institutions like Harvard’s Program for Health Systems Improvement, Tufts Medical Center and Babson College’s Office of Graduate Career Development, she built and led Market & Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Business Development, Digital Transformation and M&A Integration teams across private and publicly traded companies around the world. In 2022, Jessica completed her 44th integration as the Chief Transformation Officer of Baxter International, following Baxter’s acquisition of Hillrom, a $12B acquisition involving 50,000 global employees. She holds certificates from the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC and Medtronic/Covidien’s Aspire Leadership Program. She currently leads Corporate Development for Generate Biomedicines. Jessica earned an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA with honors from the University of Vermont.
