Jarret Fass is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pierpoint Capital, a family office-backed platform that invests in and builds healthcare technology companies in the U.S. and Israel.

An experienced MedTech investor-operator, Jarret is dedicated to addressing unmet clinical and operational needs with novel, simple solutions. He co-founded, capitalized, and is an active executive board member of three medical technology companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure) and Emanate Biomedical (oral diseases and wounds), where he serves as CEO. He also co-founded and served as an executive board member of Hospital IQ, an AI-enabled health system operations platform acquired by Bain Capital–backed LeanTaaS.

Jarret currently sits on the boards of LeanTaaS, CoreFlow, AdvaMed Accel and the Anushkaa Foundation, and previously served as a director of MiracleFeet.

He began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group at Bear Stearns and later as a Principal at Selway Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm. Jarret holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
