Jarret Fass is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pierpoint Capital, a family office-backed platform that invests in and builds healthcare technology companies in the U.S. and Israel. A passionate business builder, he co-founded, capitalized, and is an active executive board member of three clinical-stage MedTech companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure), and Emanate Biomedical (chronic oral diseases and wounds), where he served as the founding CEO. Jarret also sits on the boards of LeanTaas, CoreFlow, AdvaMed Accel, and the Anushkaa Foundation. He previously led Pierpoint’s investment in Hospital IQ (acquired by Bain Capital), where he was an active executive board member responsible for corporate development.

Jarret began his career at Bear Stearns as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group, where he supported firm-wide growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and principal investments. He later became a Principal at the technology-focused private equity firm Selway Capital, where he originated, executed, and managed investments and worked closely with portfolio company management in operating roles. He also served on the board of the global nonprofit MiracleFeet. Jarret holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
