Anthony Chan sits on the Board of Directors at Pierpoint Capital. Mr. Chan is President of his family’s private holding company, with both listed and private interests in the retail, healthcare and real estate sectors. Mr. Chan’s key operating roles include Chief Executive of Portico International Holdings, a Hong Kong listed fashion retail company, and President of Scitech Holdings, a private real estate holding company with a portfolio exceeding 20 million square feet of core mixed-use properties across China. Previously, Mr. Chan was co-founding general partner and investment committee member of the Grosvenor Vega China Retail Fund, a real estate private equity fund launched in partnership with the Grosvenor Group, with capital raised from an assortment of national pension funds and reinsurance companies. Mr. Chan began his career at Bain & Company, and has also held prior positions at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Credit Suisse. Mr. Chan is involved with a number of philanthropic and social endeavors and is a past Chapter Chair of the Beijing Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization. Mr. Chan earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and received his Bachelor’s degree in government and economics magna cum laude from Cornell University.
