Jarret Fass is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Pierpoint Capital, a healthcare technology investment and company-building platform.

A MedTech investor-operator, Jarret is dedicated to addressing important unmet clinical and operational needs with simple, elegant solutions. At Pierpoint, he invests in, cofounds and serves on the boards of portfolio companies, partnering closely with entrepreneurs and management teams.

Jarret has co-founded and capitalized four medical technology companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure), Emanate Biomedical (oral diseases and wounds), where he also serves as CEO, and Hospital IQ (AI-enabled health system operations platform), acquired by Bain Capital–backed LeanTaaS.

He began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group at Bear Stearns, supporting firm-wide growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures and principal investments. He later joined Selway Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, as a Principal with responsibility for sourcing, executing and managing investments.

Jarret currently serves on the boards of Hemodynamx, Nephronyx, Emanate Biomedical, LeanTaaS, CoreFlow, AdvaMed Accel and the Anushkaa Foundation, and previously was a director of MiracleFeet. Jarret holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
