
Jarret Fass is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pierpoint Capital, a family office-backed platform that invests in and builds healthcare technology companies in the U.S. and Israel. A passionate business builder, he co-founded, capitalized, and serves as an active executive board member of three clinical-stage medical technology companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure), and Emanate Biomedical (chronic oral diseases and wounds), where he also served as the founding CEO. He currently serves on the boards of LeanTaas, CoreFlow, AdvaMed Accel, and the Anushkaa Foundation. Jarret previously led Pierpoint’s investment in Hospital IQ (acquired by Bain Capital), where he was an executive board member responsible for corporate development.
Jarret began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group at Bear Stearns, supporting firm-wide growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and principal investments. He later became a Principal at Selway Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, where he originated, executed, and managed investments, and worked closely with portfolio company leadership. He also served on the board of the global nonprofit MiracleFeet. He holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
