Jarret Fass is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pierpoint Capital, a family office-backed platform that invests in and builds healthcare technology companies in the U.S. and Israel.

A MedTech investor-operator, Jarret is dedicated to addressing unmet clinical and operational needs with novel, simple solutions. He has co-founded and capitalized four medical technology companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure), Emanate Biomedical (oral diseases and wounds), where he serves as CEO, and Hospital IQ (AI-enabled health system operations platform; acquired by Bain Capital–backed LeanTaaS).

Jarret began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group at Bear Stearns and later as a Principal at Selway Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm. He currently serves on the boards of LeanTaaS, CoreFlow, AdvaMed Accel and the Anushkaa Foundation, and previously was a director of MiracleFeet. Jarret holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
