Anne Berkowitch is the co-founder of Bionic, an enterprise growth solution that helps companies increase the success and speed of their innovation commercialization. Prior to Bionic, she served as co-founder and CEO of SelectMinds (acquired by Oracle in 2012), a social talent acquisition software solution with Global 2000 customers across a wide array of sectors. Prior to SelectMinds, Ms. Berkowitch was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) in New York and London. She is an active board member of two non-profits: Back on My Feet, helping the homeless and other underserved populations build self-esteem, independence, and self-sufficiency through running (then training) programs, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, a higher ed honor society that rewards high achievement in the classroom and the community. Ms. Berkowitch holds a B.S. from Brown University in Applied Math and Biology and an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
